She woke up at 5am in the morning and refused to go back to sleep. At first, she played on her own and crawled around the bed and stuff *clap clap* Needles to say, I couldn't sleep and had to keep my eye on her in case she ends up falling off the bed and all. Then she started making noise and all till about 7am..and that's when I decided that we shall all just go to the market since baby girl didn't want to go back to sleep.
Look at how tired my babygirl is...and she still refuses to sleep!
We headed over to Tiong Bahru and to my surprise, Tiong Bahru Bakery was open! It was so early..no proper human being could possibly function, but yayyy to my delight it was open so we decided to have our early breakfast there. Simply love the place!

This time round, we got a pandan flan, chocolate croissant and a latte to share. The pandan flan was super nice! MUST TRY!! If you think about it..nothing really that special or fantastic..just pandan + pastry right? BUT ITS JUST AWESOME. Makes me feel happy with every bite I take. The croissant wasn't that fantastic. If you see from the peekture, it was slightly burnt on the outer layers, so I didn't really enjoy it.
Continued on to the market and then home! By then babygirl had already fell asleep on the way back..but she woke up soon after we got back so Lihai and I didn't even get to rest.
Cooked babygirl her brekkie - poached threadfin. She tried fish for the first time but I don't think she really likes it :(
Played with her a little more and thankfully she took another nap! By then, Lihai and I both couldn't seem to fall asleep. I have this problem where I just can't sleep in the day..so no choice right! Imagine how tired and helpless I felt :( She woke up and we headed out for lunch!

Lihai ordered the Har Jeong Kai burger with curry fries and I got the Slider with sour cream & onion fries. I didn't find the meal exceptionally awesome. It was just like a regular meal to me but Lihai found his lunch pretty crappy..Apparently the Har Jeong Kai was super salty, he nearly died eating it. I saw that he had removed the skin and only ate the chicken inside. That's quite bad I guess? Looks like we won't be going back to EWF anytime soon!
Babygirl was like a little ball of joy. I don't know why, but she kept bouncing in the high chair and giving us her two-teethed smile. For some reason, she was really excited. That totally made my day and I felt less -.- from being so drained! After lunch we roamed around awhile more and then brought babygirl to her trial class at The Little Gym!
Really hope we don't have a case of an early Saturday morning tomorrow! *cross fingers*
