These cupcakes are to die for :9 the first time Lihai and I tried them, we were so amazed by how moist the cupcakes were. Their strawberry white chocolate (not photographed) was divine! Too bad they ran out of it the second time I went by.
Plain Vanilla is located on the second level of a shop house in HV, just opposite Harry's Bar. Their space is pretty small and there isn't a dining area. It's more of a buy-&-go place. Also, they package their cupcakes in boxes and don't have plastic bags, but no worries, the friendly people at Plain Vanilla can tie the boxes up with baker's twine on request.
